Some Brief Remarks about Frank Welzig
And How I Can Assist You During Your Job Search
Hi, my name is Frank Welzig and I have worked, since 1980, as an independent Executive Recruiter. We are known as “Headhunters” because companies hire us to locate, qualify, and recruit the best available talent for their companies. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado.
Before becoming a Headhunter I worked as a software engineer for IBM and two other high technology companies.
My area of specialty in the recruiting business has been the high technology industries, but I have conducted successful searches in many other industries.
I have also spent time inside companies such as MCI (WorldCom), Qwest Communications, Level 3 Communications and others as a Senior Recruiting Consultant. What I learned at these companies will surprise you and directly benefit you in your job search.
It was during these times that I learned how the recruiting process works, or doesn’t work, inside most companies.
